Preparing for Valentine's Day Continued...

This is the stuff that I picked up for Cassidy today for Valentine's Day! Almost all of the stores were completely out of everything, which makes sense because today is Valentine's Day. The only thing I didn't end up finding was a really BIG stuffed animal for her, but I think she'll love the "pillow pal." So I was okay with finding that!

I also got her this balloon that I couldn't fit in the other photo that I took. Cassidy absolutely loves balloons and this one she will especially love! I thought it was neat how there was a hole in the middle of it!

I wanted to snap a picture of her stuff all put together and ready for opening!

Frankie wants me to wait until he gets home to give her her things, which was my plan anyways. It just wouldn't be any fun if daddy wasn't there! So I hid her pillow pal, gift bag with goodies and balloon in our closet. Tonight after Frankie gets home from work I'll have him bring Cassidy in another room so I can bring everything out into the living room. Then when she walks in "Happy Valentine's Day!"

Preparing for Valentine's Day

For this Valentine's, Cassidy decided to get Dora and Diego ones! They came with the cards and lollipops. They're adorable! I just got done filling them all out because tomorrow the daycare is having a little Valentine's Day party! So she will have fun giving out all of her Valentine's!



These are what the Valentine's look like when they are put together! There was actually 4 different "looking" cards to choose from, but we used all of the ones that had Dora and Boots on them!

So once again I'm doing everything last minute! We still haven't got anything for Cassidy for Valentine's! Unbelieveable! It wasn't my fault this time though! I wanted to go last week, but Frankie was busy and kept asking me to wait for him so he could go too, but he never stopped being busy! So I've got to run out on Valentine's Day and hope that there is some nice things left! I'm hoping to get her a BIG stuffed animal and maybe some candy.

29 Weeks 2 Days- Ready to Buy for Baby!

I can't believe how quick my due date is approaching for our baby girl! I'm starting to feel extremely overwhelmed because we haven't decided on a name for her yet. Also I've been trying to find the "perfect" baby gear, but just can't seem to find a pattern that I'm in love with yet! There are so many different ones out there, but I just haven't seen one that really catches my eye yet. I really want to buy all of the "gear" online because the selection is so much bigger than in-store.

This is my official list for the "bigger" items I will need for my little girl.

• Stroller/Car Seat Travel System
• Swing
• High Chair
• Crib
• Bouncer
• Tub

I don't think there is anything else that she will need right off for a while. I do already have these items, but they were Cole's and I just don't think I could handle seeing another baby in them. I don't feel comfortable getting rid of them either. So this little girl needs everything new, which will be good anyways! I do have tons of boxes of Cassidy's baby clothes though that I will be going through because they are all practically brand new and we all know how quickly baby's grow out of clothes!

The Kids

This is my son, Cole. He passed away November 25, 2009 at 4 months 4 days old. It was determined that the cause was SIDS. Going through this was the hardest thing I've ever done and will ever have to do. I miss him terribly. His sister and father miss him so much as well. He was such a beautiful and special little boy.

This is my beautiful 2 year old daughter, Cassidy. This photo was taken at picture day at her daycare Fall 2010. She's so adorable! I love her so much! She does wear me out though because she is so active! Of course this is a good thing, but she hasn't figured out how to just sit and relax yet! HaHa!

Starting the Blogging Journey!

So I've decided to start this blog to be able to talk about my family life and the adventures that we have! I'm very excited about it! And can't wait to start posting pictures, videos and stories!
